If it is a “conflict of interest” for a judge to rule on the oil spill because he supposedly owns stock in the deep horizon [not true], then why isn’t it a conflict when a judge hires a “clerk” from a law firm representing the usurper, immediately before the hearing/ruling???? Judge Carter court. It was a conflict in Sarah Palin ethics case, once it was found out that the “investigator” worked for the usurpers law firm.
