Hello Orly.
I understand that you contacted David Lonier last week regarding a press release he published relative to an incident which occurred on June 8 in Karen Kahlil’s Redford Michigan courtroom.
Along with David Lonier, I am one of the five witnesses/victims of this shocking event.
What happened in that courtroom was an outrageously egregious act of judicial crime. David Schied was sitting quietly in the gallery when this emotionally out of control “judge” attacked him with extreme vengeance. I’ve been in a lot of courtrooms and have never witnessed such a blatant violation of a man’s rights. Not only were this man’s rights destroyed, but those of the other four people as well.
I realize that this incident may, on its face, seem like a small thing in terms of all the lofty governmental crimes which are swirling around our lives today. Of course, this may not seem like such a small thing to David Schied, a partially deaf single parent father responsible for the well being of a young teenage boy.
Just yesterday, another man explained to me how this Ms. Kahlil had, without the least provocation, incarcerated him for two days while lawfully present in her courtroom in 2005. There are other similar accounts.
We are currently filing claims of Habeas Corpus in the Circuit and Federal courts, here in Detroit.
If you have any additional support that might be of benefit, we would be most grateful to hear from you.
Thanks for all of the efforts you have made on behalf of the people of this great land.
Ron K.

Karen Khalil has been inflicting cruel and and unusual punishment since she became a judge. Before she was a judge she worked at Chrysler in the legal dept, she was despised by her co-workers they were glad to see her go .

Hi, I went before judge Khalil a few months ago and when I asked for a trial she said it would be a waist of time and said if I wanted to do that then I would need council. I believe it’s my right to a trial regardless of council.
