if they are rotating the order, why isn’t it explained to the public? We need to examine the programming of the optical scanners and ballot counting machines to see if the scanning and counting correlates to the rotation. How do we check that if it is trademark protected and the public has no access?

I live in the greater Sacramento area, and on my ballot, Dunn’s name was listed first and Taitz, second, also.

 Is there an expert on letter drawing by the candidates?
