Dear Mr. John Menzer,

This letter is both to advise you of a video I have seen in part, as well as to inform you, it is being shown by the author/spokes person, Dan Lacey, who implies your corporation has connections with him, either by some type of endorsement or is affiliated with your company directly or indirectly, and possibly could be assisted by your company.  We find his activities as being repulsive and despicable, and need to inform you of our position; if we learn his efforts are being supported or endorsed by Michael’s in anyway.

We will not reserve an opportunity to pursue repercussion if your company is endorsing the behavior of the creator of this online video, as we see this as a possible occasion for your company to obtain speculative advertisement. If this is the case, and you are assisting in attacking Dr. Orly Taitz, Esq.; a dentist, lawyer; and a mother, who I may add, is well respected all over the United States, and was recently on the ballot for Secretary of State in CA, we will pursue this issue. We find Mr. Lacey’s attacks contemptible and disgraceful. Hence, we are requesting immediate action for a cease and desist towards his action, using the Michael’s Store’s name on his video, or we are requesting a public announcement that your company has no association with Dan Lacey in his activities to ridicule or defame Dr.Tatiz.

My request speaks for many of those who support Dr.Taitz and her efforts to pursue and reestablish justice in our country. Consequently, we are willing to avoid your chain of stores and purchase our items from competitors such as; Hobby Lobby, Menards, and Big Lots, as they also have many supplies to prepare for the 4th of July events, if you are in support of Dan Lacy. Even though, I have been a continued and loyal customer of Michael’s; I will not be purchasing any items from your stores until this matter is clearly investigated and resolved, as I am dedicated to the pursuit of justice as well. Therefore, I will look forward to hearing about an adequate resolution in solving this issue.
