    Orly:

First of all, I want to thank you for what you are doing for us, citizens, and I am so grateful that we can win a victory, fighting until someone who kas become an usurper is removed from the office of the POTUS.

From my work experience at the US Department of Education with the banks, I want to know who has an authority to approve or sign on every lawyer’s SCOTUS certificate. I notice that on your SCOTUS certificate, the SCOTUS clerk, Mr. William Sutter, has signed on it alone. Was he authorized to sign on the certificate? I don’t know about SCOTUS and its policy including authority to approve or sign a certificate but I want to make sure about this.

    Thanks very much.
    Anne
