According to Washington post more people voted for me than for Chuck DeVore and John Campbell, who are considered main stream, got millions of dollars in donations and have been in CA National politics for years. So what’s next?

Plenty of hype, but a bad night for Orly Taitz and other birthers

In the end, the hype took birther attorney Orly Taitz to a decisive 49-point defeatin the race for the GOP nomination for California secretary of state. Mainstream Republican candidate Damon Dunn, who got into that race earlier and raised seven times as much money, carried every county and won more than 1 million votes; Taitz will end up with around 370,000 votes.

That’s less than some people expected, but for a fringe candidate who had only 21 donors, it’s fairly impressive. By contrast, the much-covered stunt campaign of former (and future?) blogger and author Mickey Kaus racked up only 94,000 votesin the primary against Sen. Barbara Boxer (D-Ca.). Taitz outpolled both of the losersin the GOP’s U.S. Senate primary, former congressman Tom Campbell and assemblyman Chuck DeVore. David Freddoso was one of several conservatives who lashed out at liberalsfor speculating that Taitz ever had a chance, and called Politico one of the outlets that was “unjustifiably bullish” about her chances. But the point of the pre-election speculation was that no one knew how votes would break down in an under-reported race like this. In the end her total looks more like the first polling numbers we saw on belief in the “Obama was born abroad conspiracy” — disturbingly high, but nowhere close to a majority.

Still, there was a less colorful defeat for believers in that conspiracy over in South Dakota. Chris Nelson, the GOP secretary of state, had speculated that Obama’s citizenship might be a scam. He watched a huge early advantage crumble and lost handily to State Rep. Kristi Noem.

“Birther Queen” Orly Taitz loses California secretary of state bid but still gets 368,000 votes: Apparently, many Californians like surrealism with their politics and I, for one, am very, very sorry she won’t be on the GOP ballot this fall. (TPM)

Like Glenn Beck, Ayn Rand peddled garbage as truth — why did America buy it? Rand was mediocre. But she had a preternatural ability to translate her sense of self into reality. (The Nation/Alternet)

What happened and what’s next?

You can see the video above. There was  a relentless hounding of me by Main stream media, because I dare to be the only person who brought to court not only the issue of lack of the  original birth certificate for Obama (not that piece of garbage he posted on the Internet without the name of the doctor and the name of the hospital), but also the issue of his use of multiple social security numbers, none of which was issued in HI, the fact that he sits today in the White House with the Social security 042-68-4425, which was issued in CT to another individual born in 1890.  I am perceived as a threat and hounded and assaulted and insulted daily.

I am not a professional politician and started my campaign late, in March, when I saw tremendous corruption in the department of Justice and Judiciary. My opponent campaigned for 4 months prior to my nomination and was able to secure most endorsements before I entered the race. I did not have any big donors. With only 6,000 of donations for the campaign and 3 months of time I got 372,000 votes by the preliminary count, I believe it will be close to 400,000 by the end of the count of the absentee ballots. Just to give you an idea, less people voted for Chuck Devore and Tom Campbell, even though Campbell is a former US congressman, who got large donations from CAIR,   Chuck Devore is a long time assemblyman, who also got large donations. I was hounded from both right and left. DeVore’s campaign manager Josh Varino  decided to attack me and call names because he thought that it would help DeVore’s campaign, even thoughDevore himself asked to be my friend on facebook and presented himself as a supporter and posted on my website for quite some time. At the end DeVore got only 320,000 votes. So, who is the fringe now? And was it worth to throw your friends under the buss? Even Steve Poizner, who spent over 25 million dollars on the campaign got only 460,000 votes, not much more then what I got. In spite of all the attacks close to 400,000 people stood up, endorsed me and supported me with their votes. Many of my supporters are telling me that there are millions around the country, who support me and my work. I was always skeptical, however even if you look at yesterdays results and you assume that those are correct and there was no rigging of Diebolt and Sequoia machines and I got only 26% of some 1 million 400 thousand votes in the most liberal state in the nation, in the midst of vicious hounding by the likes of Olbermann, Maddow and Mathews, it is still a lot, being extrapolated to the whole country.    It means that I might have 75 million followers nationwide.  Even if the legal contest of this election does not succeed due to judicial corruption, I made a stand and showed that I am much more then a small fringe group.

I know that sooner or later the truth will be out and my legal efforts will be vindicated and probably will be part of history books. I know that the moment one judge order discovery or reverses prior ruling, the hounded will end and many will have an egg on their faces. I might run again in 2012. I might run for Congress or Senate. I have time to decide. I will have all the wonderful endorsements I got, as a resume for future: Top Sheriff in the Nation, Sheriff Richard Mack has written that he is honored to endorse me, California Police Officers association voter guide, President of California Eagle Forum , Independence Caucus, President of CCIR, most Tea Party groups, Oath Keepers, 9/12 project groups, Campaign for Liberty groups, Republican clubs, some Republican county organizations in spite of some party hacks defaming me and liberal media attacking me. I earned all of these endorsements in the line of fire,I earned those 400,000 votes in the midst of a fierce battle, when I stood up to the sitting American president and submitted affidavits to court showing that not only he cannot be in the White House, but also needs to be criminally prosecuted for multiple offenses. Think about it for a moment. How many people in US history had courage to do that?

I also looked closely at the political arena in CA. Do you think it is a coincidence that for decades Republicans could not get even one Republican senator from CA? Do you think it is a coincidence that both CA senators are Jewish women? I don’t think so. The reason Republicans were doing poorly in senatorial elections, is because Dems have a hold on some major voting blocks: women, immigrants,   and ethnic groups particularly very powerful Jewish lobby.I believe in entertainment    there is a term “triple threat”, meaning someone who can act, sing and dance. I know I am a   triple threat in politics, particularly after I succeed in Obama litigation. I can go to women’s groups and bring my message to them, I can go to Eastern European churches and talk to them in Russian, and go to Romanian churches and Hispanic groups and Jewish temples, where I can  speak to them in   Hebrew better then Barbara Boxer and Diane Feinstein taken together. If  the contest of this election doesn’t succeed, next election is in 2 years. There are congressional races every 2 years, Diane Feinstein will be due for re-election in 2 years. She will be close to 80 years old then. I read about her. She used to be an attorney, married to a surgeon. I am an attorney and I am also a dental surgeon. She is a an attractive, knowledgeable woman, but I can hold my own on every issue and will not lose a debate. As a matter of fact I never lost a debate on the issue of eligibility. Media is simply afraid to debate me on this issue or any other issue for that matter simply because they know that they will lose. They know that I have the facts, the law and the logic on my side and they will lose. No vicious reporter or corrupt judge can take it away from me.  I am not saying that I will run, but I am saying that it is a possibility.  For now I am concentrating on legal challenges.

BREAKING: Former Diebold, Sequoia Sales Rep Named as New San Diego County Registrar of Voters
Joins Recently Named Assistant Registrar Michael Vu, Whose Cuyahoga County Elections Led to Criminal Convictions in ’04 Presidential Recount and New ’06 Criminal Investigations…
Guest Blogged by John Gideon
It has just been announced by San Diego County that they have hired Deborah Seiler as their new permanent Registrar of Voters. Ms. Seiler joins the county elections office from her job as the Assistant Registrar in Solano County, California.
“Seiler brings unique elections experience from the state, local and private sector that adds valuable perspective at a crucial time,” according to a press release (posted in full at the bottom of this article) as issued today by San Diego County.
All of which sounds great, until one does a moment or two of Googling — particularly on that “private sector” point mentioned — and Seiler’s troubling past is quickly revealed to be yet more bad news for the voters of San Diego, who continue to get the worst of what American democracy is supposed to look like.
Look what we found out about Seiler…
According to a Wired News article from Sept. 2004, Seiler worked for 12 years in elections for the California Secretary of State’s office. She then left, in 1991, through the revolving door and got off at the exit marked “Sequoia Voting Systems” where she worked for 8 years as their Government Relations Director. Then Seiler got back into the revolving door for her next stop at “Diebold Election Systems Incorporated” where she took a job as a sales representative.
It was while she was working for Diebold that she sold 1,200 Direct Recording Electronic (DRE) touch-screen voting machines to the fine folks in Solano County.
An investigation of this sale by then CA Secretary of State Kevin Shelley found that the machines were not state certified for use in elections and, in fact, had not been federally tested or qualified. This sale led Shelley to ban Diebold sales in California and the county ended up paying Diebold over $400,000 to get out of their contract.
Solano County was so irate about the dishonesty of the sale of machines that were not legal for use…that they welcomed Seiler back through the same revolving door, naming her Assistant Registrar, the job she held until today.
So, today Deborah Seiler, who sold uncertified voting machines to one California county joins Michael Vu, who who left his Cuyahoga County elections director job earlier this year after he stepped down in light of convictions against two of his election workers for rigging the 2004 Presidential Election recount. Vu admitted that secret ballot boxes were unsealed prior to the recount, so that they could be checked for accuracy before the county faked the “random” selection of precincts to be recounted.
The news just keeps getting worse for the voters of the People’s Republic of San Diego County where former Registrar Mikel Haas — one of the country’s worst — was recently promoted after several disastrous elections, including the Busby/Bilbray Election Debacle of 2006.
It can’t be good for news for elections anywhere in this country, for that matter. Failed, dishonest officials should not be able to find a home anywhere in American democracy. And yet, they seem to be much in demand these days. Certainly in San Diego.

Orly, you did tremendously well in your first foray into politics! Considering all that was stacked up against you, as you listed them, you put up a heroic fight for a most vital and noble cause: the very preservation of the United States of America. This wasn’t a loss but a step down the road to victory. I know I speak for everyone when I say how much I admire your strength and your courage and your indomitable spirit. May God bless and keep you in every way, dear Orly Taitz.

Orly, You are building your base and it is huge, and maybe like Obama had “Dreams of My Father” to spread his fake past, you could publish “My Own Dreams” and spread who you really are, and why you are doing what you are doing.

As “Manchurian Candidate” is in topseller list, I think your story would easily reach those heights. Information is power, just keep spreading the information and saturating the nation relentlessly. Your book could contain your ocurt cases and pictures of illustrious clients, like Alan Keyes and Dr. Manning as your friend, the decorated military…to cut out the racist slurs and phony lies about you being a nutcase. People are falling for the lies about you and having nothing else to counterbalance.

If you steadily build your media communication, get a book out there (maybe World Net can help with their authors) and you will gradually outgrow the competition.

I do not understand how someone else not qualified, Damon Dunn, is now on the ballot in California and hope that that news gets out and that SOS gets sued over and over. Your attackers are hoping you will give up…you seem to get energy from their complaints and will never give up! God bless you, Lady Liberty.

Congratulations Orly!! Hopefully justice will prevail and you will replace Dunn as the GOP nominee after my lawsuit against him is complete.

Orly, it may be that there wasn’t any way to win against electronic voting machines that can be pre-programmed to deliver the ‘Stalin vote’, that is ‘He who counts… ‘

Two hopes I have: First, that you pursue your lawsuit against Bowen and Brown, especially since now you have damages. You would have won had they done their job. You pulled over five and a half times as many votes as the lessers combined. They got 61,000 total – you got 350,000 plus. You’da won if Dunn had been disqualified as he should have been. Like I say, now you have damages, and might still get in the race against Bowen. And if that happens, the heat will be all over Obammy and his phony birth certificate and SS numbers.

A second is that you consider running for Congress in ’12. The ability to make sure the vote is kosher is much easier in a single district than statewide. You can have poll watchers well in place at all the precincts.

Dear Orly, ditto what Yephora says. We are so grateful for your courage to run for office. Please know that you have more support than ever, and don’t give up. Either there was voter fraud committed with auto counting machines…or voters are just ignorant and don’t take responsiblity for educating themselves on candidates and issues. I’m going for the latter in your case. What this means is, there’s no CA Republican nominee for the SoS office!! Being a Dem, Dunn was reluctant to put (D) after his name, because he knew he wouldn’t get elected if he did, with all the anti-Democrat sentiment. So….he put an (R) down….most voters didn’t do their homework and fell for it, and elected him. Now, we have 2 Dems to choose from for SoS — Dunn or Bowen — and no Republican choice! George Soros and his SoS Project are the winners here, and we’re more than just the losers – we’re the victims. Let’s hope Barnett prevails with her lawsuit against Bowen and Brown and Dunn being a fraud. I won’t hold my breath. I’m beginning to believe NOTHING is going to stop Obama. Hell, I’m thinking he may even get re-elected in 2012! He has such an advantage with our ignorant electorate. They leave their seats in front of “American Idol” just long enough to vote…no research of issues or candidates, no nothing…just vote…..and then, it’s back to “American Idol”…and their stupor.
