Dear Mr. Hudson,
this is to confirm that we had a conversation on Sunday, May 23, 2010 at 4:30 pm. During this conversation we discussed the fact that Placer county Republican Central Committee was the only Central Committee out of 58 county central committees, which issued an endorsement of Mr. Damon Dunn for Ca secretary of state. In this conversation you stated that you are a Northern CA Republican party chairman in charge of 19 Northern Counties. You stated that endorsement of Mr. Dunn was done prematurely, before Dr. Taitz had an opportunity to address Placer County Central Committee and present her candidacy for CA Secretary of State. After  Dr. Taitz presentation great many members of the committee have changed their position and expressed their intent to vote for Dr. Taitz.
