    Of course you are, because suing the free press regarding protected political speech is what all true patriots do.

    there is a difference between free seech and flagrant malice and defamation of character. Alex Seitz-Wald is acting with malice and is engaged in defamation of my character

    TRUTH is one avenue to defend against liable and or slander… ain’t they?
    If the JERKS who attack an HONEST INQUIRY into a topic that MATTERS then that IDIOT or IDIOTS need to be SEVERELY SUED… if not jailed for being STUPID and ANTI-TRUTH which is needed to make LAWS work properly.

    The Supreme Court has held that public figures must prove that the person accused of making the false statement did so with reckless disregard as to the truth or falsity of the statement. Demonstrating malice in this context would mean that Orly, once she wins her defamation lawsuit by proving the truth that Obama’s birth certificate was falsified, has legal precedence on her side.

    Orly, how many other defendants do you think there are to sue for defamation? The more the merrier – you could be looking at tens,if not hundreds, of millions of dollars in damages.

    What was the defamation? What specifically did this article say that defamed you?
