    Dear Orly – Please clarify. The last sentence of your headline states, “The court ordered the Dept. of Justice representing the Commissioner of SSA to respond by Feb. 11, 2013.
    Is that order associated with this case or I assume from another?

    I’d like to know the big secret. WHY wouldnt the courts help with this? IF he is a fraud you would think they would assist, IF he is NOT a fraud, I would think they would tell the public so this will end. I dont know the truth but usually where there is smoke, there is fire. Certainly had a share of smoke for 5 years now.

    He should have been vetted Before running, It didnt happen. He himself has changed his story so much I find it hard to believe so I can understand why folks are confused. The court should insist this story be told, in full. If its true, we should Shut Up, If its false the court should be sure its corrected, just sayin
