   Orly,

   I think this was a great idea to subponea Sheriff Joe and the local CBS station in Atlanta. It’s better than picking one in NY or some other state. Sheriff Joe has been saying he was going to release his findings in early February well Jan 26th is very close. The last I heard he had over 2,000 pages of info and who knows what he has now and that could bring all that into court.

   Are they trying to throw out your subpoena for Susan Daniels too?

   Maybe they can protect Govenment records using the privacy act and get those subpoenas tossed but what about the other folks and one is a elected official.

   Switching topics, I am trying to understand what rule a state has in this election.

   Obama’s lawyer said the following:
   “Presidential electors and Congress, not the state of Georgia, hold the constitutional responsibility for determining the qualifications of presidential candidates,”.

   I thought each state has different rules to be on the presidential ballot. The GOP candidates tried to sue VA because they did not get this and that to be on the primary ballot. They lost so they are not on the ballot. So VA powers to be are playing a rule on who the GOP candidate is. They did not qualify because of what they did wrong to get on the ballot, I know that is a stretch but that tells me that a state does have a rule in the primaries of selecting a President in each party even one that is trying to be re-elected.

   Obama is hiding records of his past because they will obviously reveal that his identity is in question so he is fighting like hell to keep it all hidden or he knows he is finished.

   What is so hard to figure out here? No one would put up such a fight to hide these things unless he obviously had something he does not want anyone to find out!

    Do you think Arpaio will show? From what I’ve read the out of state subpoena isn’t valid anywhere but Georgia.

    I hope and pray Arpaio has something because he generates a larger following and this crap needs to be made more mainstream. Tired of Obama obfuscating the truth of his past.

    I keep reading by defenders of Obama that most of the subpoenas in the Hawaii cases are not legitimate because either a judge did not issue them or they have no jurisdiction in Hawaii. This is a talking point it seems.

    Sheriff Joe is not going to honor this subpoena and he is not going to produce any documents.

    Go ahead and flame me all you want, but Joe is going to put out some BS statement and then ignore all of this.
