Petitioner has not demonstrated that this case warrants the intervention of this court by means of the extraordinary remedy of mandamus. See Bauman v. U.S. Dist. Court, 557 F.2d 650 (9th Cir. 1977). Accordingly, the petition is denied. No further filings will be entertained in this closed case.

    It is on record. Justice denied to American citizens. When we have Grand Jury back, judges will go to jail .

    Doug Vogt should now take his case to the Supreme Court for a decision, he has that right. They can and have to decide on it one way or another. If they send it back to the lower court, then they have to see it through, but they can also rule on it themselves,if they throw it out, you will know then our Judicial system in this country is corrupt and flawed, and a coupd’etat has happened within our Judicial system. The fact that they will not uphold the law of our land is beyond me. Doug’s case is far from over people,he still has a chance. He knows he has to send it to the higher court, but it’s going to cost him, he will need funding to get it there. Just as Orly’s cases. So people don’t give up yet, please send a donation to Orly and Doug to keep them in the game.

    The 9th circuit court makes their decisions not by the rule of law but by their personal beliefs instead.

    Now here is a person that might be able to help us. Retired Judge J.Napolitanio. Has anyone approached him for advice? I think they should, he could be very helpful. He knows constitutional law, unlike the the guy at 1600 Penn.Ave.

    It seems to me that Vogt, like Zullo, Arpaio and Klayman are subterfuges aimed at quieting the restless masses while Obama gets the rest of his agenda in place. Nothing will come of it. There will be no Grand Jury, no Supreme Court interference. If it gets to a Grand Jury at all, the decision will be “no standing,” or they will ignore it completely.
    The sleeping Giant that America is, won’t awaken till it’s in chains.

    I have to correct you. Though Arpaio and Zullo did not submit their complaint to the authorities, Klayman did join 2 cases in FL and AL. The cases were dismissed as many other cases around the country, as US judges are as controlled as the judges in the former Soviet Union or Iran, but he at least tried and filed 2 cases.
