    Well, I think they should try, first, to exhaust all avenues of opportunities, to find these workers, nationwide.

    Why bring in those who are not citizens, yet, and give them the world?

    Businesses should go to all of the high-tech colleges and examine the the number of people who have the right background for their work.

    Greed seems to get in the way, all too often, and intelligence seems to get shoved out by the way side!
