Wake up!

This is the most important case this “judge” is ever going to hear. This is actually the most important case in the history of the federal courts; it is the case where they are supposed to uphold the constitution against a usurper to the office of POTUS. This is the case that shows if there is a real separation of powers or not.

I come to this site every day. Do you really think that if Carter where interested in doing the right thing he would not privately come to this site and read about his own clerk, etc? Carter is playing dumb because he is a bought and paid for traitor. He knows exactly who his clerk is.

They are politicians in black robes! It is not imbecility, it is treason!

I agree. I don’t see any other reason for Carter’s behavior. I wish that I’m wrong.

If Judge Carter “wimps out” again, his legacy will read: Judge Carter dishonored his sworn oath to God, the United States of America and the United States Marine Corps, a coward under fire!

I have been mulling over Judge Carter’s decision to decide the Motion for Reconsideration without hearing oral arguments. My conclusions are not favorable to our cause.

By not hearing oral arguments he eliminates any probability of media coverage that would bring forth his own failings and need to recuse himself — because of his ‘tainted’ clerk among other reasons.

He also hides from public scrutiny any possibility that the arguments are presented based on their merits for the media to report.

He can then issue a terse ruling dismissing the case without futher damage to himself, and certainly without moving the case forward in a public venue.

    We are screwed.
