I think the people of Southern California need to assemble a citizens’ grand jury to investigate evidence of Judge David O. Carter’s violation of his oath to the Constitution. The presentments can be served to a prosecutor or judge for action. If just one honest official can be found who will act on the them, Carter can be indicted and removed from the bench. He turned out to be a disingenuous, sneaky, sniveling liberal in a black robe, not even worthy to enter a U.S. courtroom, much less preside over one. The only thing he did well was put on a convincing act last summer. |

No need for citizen grand jury in this instance.
Do as Commander Fitzpatrick did in Tenn.
When a court forms a grand jury appear and ask for investigation for treason.
At the same time submit the AGJ presentments and demand investigation.
If enough citizens start to take this type action and charging everyone that has been stonewalling and protecting Obama once one court takes action it will wake up citizens everywhere and just may be the best answer.
All judges (including Carter) all prosecuting attorneys that have obstructed this could be charged. GITTEM ALL!!
