Personally, I’m afraid that Judge Carter isn’t in possession of all the damning facts re: the new clerk Valamoor, the tampering with Orly’s case, etc. Carter can only make a good, honest and fair ruling with all the facts, but the Obama thugs and their far reaching tentacles are into everything and keeping those facts from being seen. Somehow the Judge has to SEE them, and soon. How can this be assured and accomplished? |

Orly, can’t we file criminal obstruction charges against someone in Carter’s court like Sid Velamoor or whoever else here or there is meddling with your case? Read what Fitzpatrick did…
Over the Thanksgiving weekend, retired Navy Commander Walter Fitzpatrick III referenced a CanadaFreePress article via his blog stating that his treason charges over Mr. Obama’s eligibility for the presidency will be presented before a Tennessee grand jury (a Court-appointed grand jury, not a citizen grand jury) tomorrow, December 1:
After visits from the Secret Service and months of rejection by the courts, Commander Walter Fitzpatrick may get his day in court.
On Tuesday December 1st 2009, Retired Navy Commander Walter Fitzpatrick III will present the evidence behind his treason complaint against Obama/Soetoro to all thirteen members of a Tennessee Grand Jury in Monroe County Tennessee. [emphases original]
Much more is at the referenced link. LTCDR Fitzpatrick apparently had some previous issues with this grand jury:
Fitzpatrick had to go so far as to file criminal obstruction charges against Foreman Pettway before he would gain access to the court. Despite it all, Commander Fitzpatrick forged ahead and on December 1st, his complaint will be heard by his local Monroe County Tennessee Grand Jury.
It is not immediately clear at this time what the reason is for the grand jury’s formation nor at what time or to what extent that LTCDR Fitzpatrick would be presenting his evidence.

if it were me i would demand to see ALL THE STUFF that was given to the judge.. i would not trust any law clerk (especially this one) to give the judge all the info..
and should he rule against dr orly i would ask for all the records used by him to be handed over for examination…

Imho,
He already knows how he is going to rule based on what he has been told by the “Injustice” Department and others.
He does not want to be further confused by facts, information, or other irrelevant data.
I hope this is inncorrect, but fear it will be right on the button.

I Believe dont trust anybody in SYSTEM? Money is no object to these your building the case AGAINST.Nobody could possibly know exactly what your going thru nobody? I think the people of Southern California need to assemble a citizens’ grand jury to investigate evidence of Judge David O. Carter’s violation of his oath to the Constitution. The presentments can be served to a prosecutor or judge for action. If just one honest official can be found who will act on the them, Carter can be indicted and removed from the bench.
He turned out to be a disingenuous, sneaky, sniveling liberal in a black robe, not even worthy to enter a U.S. courtroom, much less preside over one. The only thing he did well was put on a convincing act last summer.

Wake up!
This is the most important case this “judge” is ever going to hear. This is actually the most important case in the history of the federal courts; it is the case where they are supposed to uphold the constitution against a usurper to the office of POTUS. This is the case that shows if there is a real separation of powers or not.
I come to this site every day. Do you really think that if Carter where interested in doing the right thing he would not privately come to this site and read about his own clerk, etc? Carter is playing dumb because he is a bought and paid for traitor. He knows exactly who his clerk is.
They are politicians in black robes! It is not imbecility, it is treason!
