This means Judge Carter is either unwilling to face another human being when issuing the decision, a coward, or it isn’t him delivering it at all.

 This is the interim decision from judge Carter on motion for reconsideration. He didn’t deny it, he is stating that it will be appropriate to render a decision without the hearing. He will notify the parties regarding his decision.

    I inew it. The strength of your position against the weakness of his has prompted a decisison without a hearing.

    Your competition in new jersey is taking the position that congress is in violation of applicable law in not checking the electors results out.

    Carter wll not rule for your position rest assured of that and will take the same torturous route to standing and jurisdiction.

    This guy is ruining our country each day he remains in office and the american people are ambivalent at best about his eligibility the concern of which occurs AFTER the election having soared past invisible road blocks.

    he has everything going for him except truth and honesty. There is a saying that whenever truth comes up against vested interest the result is rationalization. You are trying to- as ever- go the legal route hoping for a door to open as a result of your pleas. The wall is too thick to breech, so you may have to try to leap over it.
