Wouldn’t it be nice if obama’s SSN were proven in court to be stolen and his birth certificate really looked into? That would sure solve the problem. Everything obama did would be found illegal, including his appointment of justices and judges.

You might find another judge who would do that.
There is the 3rd option that involves class action suit against Mitch McConnell, John Bohnner, Harry Reid, and Nancy Pelosi who are involved in treason against USA in tandem with White House.
There are certainly lawyers who would be able to initiate and conduct such a suit.
Among such lawyers are Larry Clayman, Mike Lee, Texas AG, and possibly other lawyers, like Jay Seculow of ACLU.

no, none of the lawyers will file such a suit as members of Congress have legislative immunity.
PS. there were many class action law suits, many plaintiffs, not one single judge willing to hear on the merits challenges against Obama.

If the lawsuit is about treason, this strips members of Congress and possibly anyone from ( legislative) immunity. In other words, the issue of treason enables to bring a lawsuit against any member of Congress.
