The events and statements of the day seem like a good argument for the dismissal of the judge, not the case.

“When we clean house in Washington, we must take out the garbage in our corrupt courts. A new day is coming. Submit to them nomore!!”

Since this country has become a ‘two-party’ system our political system is controlled through these ‘two’ parties from the town and county level to DC itself. We are not talking about just ‘taking out the garbage’, we are talking about a total and complete House Cleaning – including animate objects, along with some Home Renovation as well.

You have to start at the local level, organize and get out there in the streets and clear out all the corruption, mold, excrement, and vermin in your town halls, county boards, court houses, police departments, etc. Remove from office all suspected vermin and sell-outs. Then move on to your state capital and do the same. Once that is done then move on to DC and dismantle this corrupt filthy den of thieves and traitors.

End the Fed: A centralized independent law making and enforcing federal government has proven to be a gross mistake. Turn DC into a Museum and arboretum. Replace Congress with state representatives appointed from elected state senators and representatives to serve one year on legislative recommendation committees – they would write drafts for purposed bills regarding national issues, but would have NO law making authority at all. Drafts would be sent on for judicial review regarding Constitutionality and fit with existing laws. If approved they would then be forwarded to the individual states for review and if approved placed on the state ballots for voter approval – No national legislation to be implemented except by voter mandate. Again, like the legislative committees, these national judicial review committees would consist of sitting state court justices appointed for one year only – and their only function would be reviewing proposed legislative drafts.

The states would host these ‘national committees’ on a revolving yearly basis, with the host state’s elected (not appointed) governor being that year’s acting national president, whose only duty would be to host visiting dignitaries, give speeches on the national holidays, etc. – like the legislative and judicial committees this figure head post would have absolutely no law making authority at all. Enough is Enough.

The only way to keep corruption at bay, for it is an inherent human condition, is to remove as much temptation as practical then demand strict regular accountability from all of those who hold positions of public trust and responsibility – e.g. all government officials, bankers, police chiefs, sheriffs, teachers, etc. otherwise its like cleaning house then leaving the doors wide open letting in all the neighborhood flies, dogs, cats, rats, chickens, and drunks to set up shop all over again.

Accountability is key. But first Organize folks – Organize. Rally around Orly and get out there in the streets and restore our Constitutional Republic and our government of We the People.
