This negates the excuse the criminal leaker is using; anyone as familiar with the system, and with the access he has to the system, would know the reason he couldn’t access all SARs is because they were part of an ongoing investigation that others had limited access to. https://twitter.com/RonanFarrow/status/996882100027559937 …

2nd problem w/ criminal leaker disguised as a “whistleblower”: he had detailed access to SAR database that few people have access to & he had detailed access to private bank accounts of Cohen.
