   Dear Orly,

   Hillary says she hurt her foot while RUNNING downstairs: ‘I was running down the stairs in heels with a cup of coffee in hand, I was talking over my shoulder and my heel caught and I fell BACKWARDS.’

   The mental image of her RUNNING downstairs makes me burst out laughing when I remember pictures of her being dragged up stair steps by two men, or her catatonic freezing up when she was dragged and pushed into her waiting black van by her helpers and Secret Service.

   I think a person would fall FORWARDS if a heel caught while RUNNING down stairs.

   I wouldn’t be surprised if an underling was sent out to a drug store to buy a surgical boot.
