    All they have to do is bring in Kim,com to testify. He has already come forth as a Whistleblower and admitted he helped Seth Rich send the DNC E-Mails to Wikileaks. That will officially put an end to the phoney Russian Collusion witch hunt and we can finally properly investigate the Seth Rich Assassination by the Dems.

    They (Congress) can hold many hearings on the obstruction, but they can not prosecute, they can only recommend to prosecute. Sad isn’t it, they know he and his administration was dirty from day 1, but our U.S. Constitution protects them.
