As I understand it, Executive Privilege or Executive Immunity applies to the President’s right to refuse subpoena’s but not to information from others about the president. So while it shields Trump from having to produce any tapes he might have (if he doesn”t want to use them against Comey) it would not shield Comey’s notes from a subpoena.

So then the legal question is whether the conversation qualifies as private. I am not a lawyer, so I don’t know, but imagine that will be the point of law.

Orly: since I know this has to be true, what you commented on this category, why do you think that someone with the brains of an attorney don’t mention this, right out of the box, like you did?
Why doesn’t someone in Trumps’ Camp do something and know enough about this type of law to stop this even before it gets started?

First: I saw where the DOJ is doing some bad stuff…and I”m trying to remember all of this.

Jeff Sessions recommends Rod Rosenstein as Deputy AG. Rosenstein helps fire Director Comey. Rosenstein recommends former FBI Director and Islam sympathizer Mueller to prosecute a fictitious Russia-Trump affair. How ironic is that Islam would end up toppling Trump. Trump is bent on negotiating with the swamp. Priebus and Paul Ryan need to go. Trump digs his own grave. Was Trump wrong, choosing Sessions as AG? Trump is so densely surrounded by traitors and imbeciles, the voices of reason do not reach Trump. AG has not enough energy. Rosenstein does not understand/care about Trump’s agenda. His proposal of Mueller would sink Trump.

Trumper, you need to discuss this with Dershowitz, and/or Dr Allen Keyes, and/or with Dr Edwin Vieira!
You need to extra help and ask this question from all of them:’

“…What can I do to stop this? What can I do to expose these SOB’s, to show America that this is an attempt at a coup, to take me down, even though I won the election?”
Come on, Sessions, discuss everything you can think of with Trump in order to (legally) protect Trump!
