   Most Americans do not have a clue how Americans living in western states have been run off their land over the past thirty plus years by Federal Government agencies such as the BLM, Fish and Wildlife, including all so-called environmental agencies working for the government to take away private property.

   THIS IS A MEDIA LIE… According to coverage one is likely to see from the Establishment media, the show of force is necessary to remove Cliven Bundy’s cattle from “public lands” where they are, allegedly, damaging the “fragile” habitat of the protected desert tortoise. That is the story that is being dispensed by the BLM and retailed in most media accounts. Reason for my forwarding a link so people can learn the truth about the Nevada Ranch Family (See link below following quotes taken from article).

   Cliven Bundy (shown) and his family, friends and neighbors, as well as some legal scholars, tell a different story. According to Bundy, whose family has been ranching in the area since the 1800s, the BLM’s armed invasion and occupation of Nevada has nothing to do with protecting the tortoise and everything to do with running him off the land, as it has already done to all of the other ranchers in Clark County. He notes that more than 50 other ranchers have been bankrupted, intimidated, and forced to give up their land and legal property rights. He is, he points out, “the last man standing”; and now that generations of ranching families have been driven out, federal officials have dropped the pretense that it is all about saving the “endangered” tortoise and have actually been killing the reptiles by the hundreds.

   Yes, that is true; as reported by the liberal Huffington Post and other media outlets last year, the BLM began “euthanizing” the tortoises , claiming the agency did not have sufficient funds in its budget to manage the habitat. How then, critics point out, can the BLM justify the $1 million or more that it will spend rounding up the Bundy family’s cattle. And if the tortoise habitat is so precious and sensitive that the sparse cattle population — which had co-existed with the turtles for generations — had to be removed, why has the BLM been selling the former ranch land to developers?

   As California State University criminology professor Jason Kissner pointed out in a column for American Thinker yesterday, it is the Obama administration’s BLM and Attorney General Eric Holder that are engaged in “brazen lawlessness.” Federal officials are exploiting the fact that few Americans understand the legal complexities of the “split estate,” “prior appropriation doctrine,” and other principles governing water rights, grazing rights, and other land use/property rights on “public” and private lands, that are different in the arid West than in other parts of the country.

   The current battle between the Bundys and the Feds is a replay of the decades-long confrontation between various federal agencies and the late Wayne Hage, the Nevada rancher/liberty activist/scholar who won multiple court victories and landmark decisions against federal overreach. In an interview with The New American in 2002, Hage explained the important legal distinctions that govern property rights in the West, particularly as they apply to so-called public lands.

   For years, the Hage family had been subjected to threats, intimidation, and fines, and — like the Bundys — had their cattle illegally confiscated by federal agents. And, as with the Bundys, the Hages were portrayed by the Feds and their compliant media shills as scofflaws and environmental criminals who deserved to be thrown into the slammer. Last year, as we reported, a federal court once again vindicated the Hages, although by that time Wayne Hage and his wife, former Congresswoman Helen Chenoweth-Hage, had both passed away six years earlier.

   Chief Judge Robert C. Jones of the Federal District Court of Nevada issued a blistering decision that charged officials of the BLM and other agencies with malicious and criminal conduct, and actually engaging in a decades-long “conspiracy” against the Hages. The Federal Government’s actions were so egregious as to “shock the conscience of the Court.”

   The time for partisan bickering just ended. This is as serious as a heart attack. Obama is going to spend so much money, which he intends to get from China via the sale of government backed bonds, that the Chinese apparently don’t think he’ll be able to make good on them.

   So President Obama gave the Chinese eminent domain rights to American land and businesses as collateral – i.e. we don’t pay, they now own America.

   Because it looks like our wonderful new administration is granting the Chinese eminent domain as collateral for US debts. Yea you read that right. That means when we can no longer pay for all this massive spending the Chinese can call in the loans and take our land.

   The thought that American citizens and businesses could lose their land as a means of payment is downright scary. I highly doubt ANY American citizen would have voted for Obama if they knew this was coming down the pike.

   Sources at the United States Embassy in Beijing China have just CONFIRMED to me that the United States of America has tendered to China a written agreement which grants to the People’s Republic of China, an option to exercise Eminent Domain within the USA, as collateral for China’s continued purchase of US Treasury Notes and existing US Currency reserves!

   The written agreement was brought to Beijing by Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and was formalized and agreed-to during her recent trip to China.

   This means that in the event the US Government defaults on its financial obligations to China, the Communist Government of China would be permitted to physically take — inside the USA — land, buildings, factories, perhaps even entire cities – to satisfy the financial obligations of the US government.

   Put simply, the feds have now actually mortgaged the physical land and property of all citizens and businesses in the United States. They have given to a foreign power, their Constitutional power to “take” all of our property, as actual collateral for continued Chinese funding of US deficit spending and the continued carrying of US national debt.
   This cannot stand. It is traitorous and Obama should be impeached.

   World Net Daily contacted the State Department for a comment on the story.

   The State Department says there is “no factual basis” to an Internet rumor that went viral over the weekend claiming Secretary of State Hillary Clinton was willing to pledge American homes to China as collateral for Beijing buying U.S. debt.

   The rumor, in various versions, claimed Clinton brought with her last month to Beijing a written agreement offering to extend to China the option to exercise eminent domain rights within the U.S. The rights purportedly were offered as collateral for China’s continued willingness to purchase additional trillions of dollars in U.S. Treasury debt the Obama administration hopes to sell to finance projected federal budget deficits.

   “There is no factual basis or substance to this report,” Laura Tischler, a State Department press officer, e-mailed WND in response to an inquiry.. . .

   Underlying the Internet rumor was the fact that a major purpose of Clinton’s February trip to China was to make sure the Chinese would continue to buy U.S. Treasury debt in the trillions of dollars the Obama administration will need to fund the massive budgetary deficits planned for economic bailouts and an unprecedented expansion of the welfare state.
   So Clinton went to China to give (still unspecified) assurances that the Obama Administration’s blowing of trillions of Chinese-backed tax dollars on pork wouldn’t jeopardize the United States’ ability to pay the debt. That must have been a pretty tough sell. So, though the State Department denies the claim of grants of eminent domain rights, Clinton reportedly did calm Chinese nerves by earnestly telling them that we would pay the bills, “Cross my heart, hope to die, stick a needle in my eye.”

   If that is good enough for the ChiComs, it is good enough for me.

   Many decades ago, China sold sovereign bonds worldwide to investors in many nations. They sold tens of thousands of these bonds on U.S. soil to American citizens on the recommendation of our government, indicating it was a solid investment. Over the last sixty years, China has refused to pay to these bondholders either the principal or interest on these full faith and credit sovereign bonds.

Can an incoming president simply refuse to honor any contracts or treaties approved by his or her predecessor?

   OF COURSE NOT. In fact, China’s position is in direct violation of the Successor Government Doctrine of International Law.

   Under international law as it has been understood for centuries, successor governments, no matter the circumstances of the establishment of a new government, whether by revolution or civil war, must pay the sovereign debt incurred by its predecessor. But currently, the People’s Republic of China owes a debt of over $750 billion to American citizens who are holding these full faith and credit sovereign bonds (many of them denominated in gold) sold to them by the Republic of China. Worldwide, the debt China owes to all bondholders is estimated to be several trillion dollars.

   The debt owed to the American people should be paid. The U.S. government could dollar for dollar offset bond interest we owe China with interest, principal and penalties China owes us.

   That would be $750 billion. Split 10 to 1, the U.S. taxpayer saves $700 billion in debt payments and the bond holders could receive the balance. As part of the deal, each state could receive badly needed investment funds as well.

   That’s money that America could use — INSTEAD OF RAISING THE DEBT LIMIT AGAIN AND PUTTING US IN MORE DEBT!

   It’s not like there isn’t precedent for China actually paying back the money they owe from past Chinese government debt. In 1987, threatened with being kept out of the British financial markets, China acknowledged the debt it owed from the sale of these exact same bonds to British investors. As part of the Great Britain-PRC agreement on Hong Kong, the PRC agreed to pay its debt to British citizens who owned these same bonds. By paying the British bondholders — but no other bond owners worldwide, including U.S. bondholders — China “selectively defaulted” on these bonds.

   WHO CARES whether China wants to pay it? WE SHOULD WITHHOLD OUR PAYMENTS TO THEM if they don’t!

   Exactly what U.S. or international loophole, guideline, or precedent does China hide behind to keep from having to pay their debt to these bondholders? The answer is simple: None! They simply choose not to pay and no commercial, regulatory or government entity is holding their feet to the fire! China simply ignores the issue — and our own government would rather not have to deal with it and risk “angering the dragon”.

   Yet China continues to enjoy open and unfettered access to U.S. capital markets, it has excessive cash reserves and a strong credit rating which the credit rating agencies (Standard & Poor’s, Moody’s and Fitch) are continually upgrading — even though China’s credit rating status SHOULD be “Selective Default” according to the rating criteria established by the credit rating agencies!

   THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS! Congress needs to FORCE the Government Accounting Office to add up the total that China owes American citizens — and then they need to stop paying money to China instead of increasing our own debt ceiling!

   Look, it’s no secret that trade between the United States and China is severely unbalanced. The PRC holds trillions of U.S. Treasury notes and bonds. The U.S. trade figures in 2010 showed a $273 billion trade deficit with the PRC. The difference between what we purchase from them and what they purchase from us is used by China to purchase more and more of our U.S. Treasuries. Then, of course, China receives tens of billions of dollars per year in interest payments from the Treasuries they purchase with profits from the U.S.-China trade imbalance.

   Yet, in July of 2010 and again in November 2010, Dagong Global Credit, a leading Chinese Credit rating agency, downgraded the sovereign credit rating of the United States — even though the U.S. has never defaulted on its debts. Not only has the U.S. never defaulted, it has never even offered to pay at a discounted rate.

   The U.S. pays its debts in full, and yet China downgraded our credit rating due to assessed “potential” risk — while its leaders announced to the world that the U.S. needs to be “financially responsible” and “economically sound.” The irony is that being repaid by https://news.dienerconsultants.com/cimages/360ce682f729ed519b33907df38dc876/china-certificate2.jpgChina is not a “potential risk”; it is today’s reality for thousands of Americans to whom China refuses to pay what is legally and morally owed!

   One U.S. Treasury official, when asked about the U.S. government’s holdings of these bonds, confirmed that they had purchased a significant portion of the 1938, 1939 and 1940 U.S. dollar-denominated bonds, and they are still holding them. He affirmed that they did NOT shred them, destroy them, or in any way get rid of them; in fact, he replied, “Oh God no; we’re saving them for a rainy day!”

   These government officials don’t seem to realize: it is pouring rain outside — in fact, it’s flooding!
