   The driver is probably also an illegal alien.

   Was he arrested ? Cited for not having insurance ?

   Dear Orly,

   Does the report give a name and address? Was it a pick-up truck or a larger commercial truck with a company sign on the cab? Do you think there were any surveillance cameras in that location that caught video of the other vehicle, either in nearby businesses or on the roadway, such as traffic cam? Possibly you could place a craigslist ad seeking information?

   A black ops out of our corrupt government would not surprise me at all.

   How is it that the truck driver was not arrested for driving without insurance? You try driving without insurance or even without your insurance cards in the car with you and see how well you do. I am going out on a limb here……was he perhaps an illegal?

   Well Orly what would the AG of CA do to such an offender that drove recklessly with out insurance? Who is this guy? where does he live, work and what political parties or organizations does he belong to? What’s his SS#? You are entitled to all that information and whatever else you can dig up. If he’s illegal insist on deportation.

   If your state is like ours if falls on your uninsured insurance policy….doesn’t make your premium go up but the guy gets off just about free, while you have to deal with your company to try to get a replacement vehicle.

   That darn kenyan obamma, no doubt that he was responsible for your accident and I bet he had his operatives cancel the truck drivers insurance!~

   I am very sorry to hear of your accident, and pray that you are all right.

   As a candadite for CA AG, this is, I believe, a perfect opportunity to raise the issue of lawlessness, the lack of oversight of police to enforce existing statues, the dangers law abiding citizens are subject to from those who do not follow the law or enforce it.

   I recommend you use the occasion to speak about the changes for the better you’d bring to the state and to show the nobility and generosity and good nature you have…

   Sometimes the blessings of the Lord come in disguise, like when Joseph was sold to the Arameans and went to Egypt as a slave…

    Check with your retired police friend and see if he can ascertain anything that the public can’t get a hold of?

    I know of (2) experiences in the past of someone who had “accidents” like this and both times, the person driving the other car didn’t have a license and no insurance!

    And my friend called the police dept and found this information! And possibly, Orly, you could take this guy to court, who should not have been behind the wheel that day…unless, of course, he may have been paid to pull this irresponsible act!

    As you know, you can file suit against the truck driver so that you could take an evidence deposition and obtain a lot of information about the driver and his past. It might say a lot too if this uninsured person appeared with a high priced attorney at his side. The police officers could be deposed too to determine if there were “unusual” police department actions with regard to the handling or reporting of your accident. What is the truck VIN and plate number and to whom is each registered? Does the truck driver work somewhere, is he married, has he lived at his residence for a long time, how about his assets and financial lifestyle, criminal history, military service, etc. I would love to have the answers to those questions.

    Hello Orly, I was the victim in a similar incident back in 1986. An un-insured hispanic named Gilbert Villa ran into me on my way to work. His car came out of an old movie theatre driveway and across 4 lanes of highway traffic to hit me on the drivers side. He spun my car around and I was taken by ambulance from the scene. Never got a dime from him and my car was totaled.

    Just be aware that the incident might have been intended and managed simply to pyscologically harras and manipulate you.

    As you enemies know when your interested in criminal investigations, and in uncovering the massive Democratic-Communist conspiracy to overthrow our republic, they may have arranged this incident to side track you from your race for AG.

    As many have told me, who have run against Democrats in the past, every week expect at least 1 death threat by phone or fax, and presume always that the FBI and local police will do nothing at all about it.

    The sad reality is, that the Mob is running our country, and they only show their colors when you attempt to unseat them from power.

    Rear end collisions happen all the time from folks who are not paying attention but when accident investigation information becomes obfuscated ,this makes me consider something more
    sinister.
