In her order Chief US District for the District of HI Judge Susan Oki-Mollway stated that the body might have been cremated already. I am wondering, shouldn’t there be a special release from the police allowing cremation?
It is my understanding that if the cause of death is still under investigation by the police, there should be not be cremation at all or there has to be some type of release. Can someone check with Captain Juan from Maui county police department, whether they gave a release for cremation of the body while the cause of death is still under the investigation and the whole accident is still under the investigation?
Did anyone see a police release for burial or cremation in Andrew Breitbart’s death, the death of his coroner, who died shortly thereafter from arsenic and death of Michel Hastings. By the way, I was wondering, how did they know in case 0f Michael Hastings that there was alcohol and drugs in his blood, if his car and his body were burned in a a fiery crash? This would be a de facto cremation, so how did they establish that he was under the influence and that was the reason for the crash?

Stay focused. We are all over this hit job by Soebarkah. Do not be deterred by the attacks and disinformation being spread by the Obots. It is a common tactic used by the Hussein Regime. The investigators who have actually conducted an investigation into the death of Michael Hastings have come out and said there is no doubt it was murder. The only thing the Feds did was attempt to cover it up. The same thing is happening here.

no, I am not trying to investigate the death of Breitbart an Hastings, I am trying to establish the procedure. Why would a police sign a release for cremation if the cause of death is still not established, or did they have the family sign a stipulation that the body will not be cremated?

What makes you think the police would sign of on the release of the body or not re cremation or burial? The ME released the body because the autopsy had been completed. Just FYI – they don’t just take one drop of blood or vetrous fluid or one small slice for a slide and then throw them away once they’ve completed their autopsy.
And even if they did, there’s not a damn thing you can do about it or have any say-so in what they do or not, especially when your assertions are utter nonsense and nonsensical as well.
They can, and should, and have and will ignore you. If there is any suspected foul play (which there’s not and won’t be) but if there were, the proper authorities will investigate it without help from a bunch of birther conspiracy theory nuts.
