I think it’s because they’re afraid that, like so many of the other lawsuits, it won’t prevail. I believe Orly WILL prevail, but the media have been so scared of this crisis because they are mostly responsible for creating it.

They didn’t properly research Obama and disseminate real background information about him before the election. They led everyone down a primrose path, distorting what he really represented and obfuscating everything in his past. The media moguls are denying “the birthers” movement vehemently to try to give the impression to the public that there really is nothing wrong with Obama and therefore their past coverage of him.

The media probably thought they could keep this under wraps. But now MSNBC and others are ASKING Orly to go on their programs…they are trying to destroy her but she knows better and handles their bias very well. At this point, the more this issue is on TV screens across the country, the better, because it can only hurt the media and help us. As soon as Orly states that there is a case alive in Judge Carter’s court, people will have the information they need. At that point people will know that, contrary to what MSNBC says, there IS an issue to be decided.

The media are hanging on to see what their fate will be now that it is obvious that the lid will be blown off of this thing. Their blind support for Obama will dissolve them. CBS, NBC and ABC are just about off the air now, and this massive collusion of propaganda and deception will finish them off. That’s why they don’t want to cover it. Fox News is included in this…they were derelict in their duties, too, and didn’t change their tune until recently. Probably Rupert Murdoch realized that if Obama gets his way, Fox News will be muzzled or off the air. So now maybe he’s willing to fight a little bit.

    Ms. Taitz the next time anybody trys to bring up discrimination as an issue, counter with the question as to why John McCain was forced to verify his eligibility and not Obama unless there was discrimination because of his ethnic background or political preferance.

    Canada Free press released a report where 4 TV personalities were forced to sign a document stating they will not touch the eligibility issue or there will be retribution against them like pulling their license, fines etc.

    They said they have been threatened and can not report it.

    Canada Free Press stated they will not release the names of the people, but will leave it to them to disclose their identites themselves.

    They also released 2 documents signed by Nancy Pelosi notorized under oath for the Dem Nat’l convention in colorado, certifying Obama and Biden constitutionally qualified on one and omitted that line on the other. She actually filed and recorded the one omitting the constitutionally qualified line.

    Hi Dr Yaitz,
    You are doing a splendid job and I think you have found afriend in Judge Carter. Permit me to say that Leo donofrio has a very interesting note on the DOJ’s MTD, and how you can use it your advantage in producing discovery.
    I’m not a lawyer, but I have a lot of respect for both of you , and sometimes, 2 heads are better than one.

    We are 100% behind you bec of all the so-called lawyers againsta Obama, you are the one who is walking the talk.

    There are supposed to be experts on constitutional law, and all they do is write papers but NOT sue obama.

    Dr Orly, the more the TV networks put you on TV so that they can ridicule you, the more the people will be aware of what is the noise all about.

    Judge Land is one embarrassment — he does not apply the rule of law in looking at the evidence. His so-called decision is a collection of senseless generalizations without look at the facts that you put forward.

    It is unthinkable a judge could rule with no basis at all.

    Go go dr Orly – you sacifriced so much for our freedom.

    You will be vindicated.

    tell him to stop paying for the ads and show the birth certificate. that’s treason right there, payign for ads, and not showing the proof, if he were an american, but he’s not backstabbing his own country.
