   We, The People of the United States of America, lawful and legal citizens under the Constitution, the Declaration of independence, and the Bill of Rights, who have pledged our allegiances to the republic, duly state are declare the following:
   The person who calls himself Barack Hussein Obama II, and who was at one time known as Barry Soetoro, and possibly called himself Barry Soebarkah, Barack Hussein Mohammed Obama, Bari Malik Shabazz, Steve Dunham, and/or Barry Chin, has failed to provide independently verified legally enforceable government documentation to prove his legal status as a natural born citizen under the Constitution of the United States of America.
   Because of his failure to provide independently verifiable official government records to prove his eligibility to serve as president of the United States and his legal United States citizenship status, we declare and state that the person who goes by the name of Barack Hussein Obama II is illegally holding the office of president of the United States and may be a criminal illegal alien.
   We call for his immediate arrest and removal from the White House and an investigation be conducted to determine his true legal identity and status.

   There is considerable amount empirical evidence to support the argument for filing criminal charges and to get a Grand Jury to hand out an indictment. A Due-Process of law Trial by jury is what it’s going to take to undo this mess. I also know it can get kick started by going at it from the county level as they will just pass the buck ( the old not my job or jurisdiction) to the next level until it gets to a federal court. It has been done before.

   I saw a post on the internet, a while back, where 40 to 60 Sheriffs, all from different states in the United states, have sent letters to Congress, stating that they would not enforce laws to disarm the American people. I will search for that post, on the internet.

   We the American people, are smart enough, and capable enough, of taking our country back, WITH GOD ON OUR SIDE, to band together.

   As we all know, that people get more courage, to stand up, when they see the numbers of people, like Orly, and so many of you, that refuse to back down.

   I have a pair of hand-cuffs if someone else wants to do the deed. My wife insists that the cuffs be back by next Friday
