Please ask Sheriff Joe why he or Mike Zullo would not testify in court on the Cold Case Posse findings. As a result, attorneys were told by judges in CA, IN and other states that the evidence was mere “hearsay” and disallowed it. What was the point of taking our money for the investigation, spending months to do it, then refusing to follow through with court appearances?
