    Well, I think it would be of great help to America, if we could get a couple of billion from each of the (super)-billionaires, who have more than $25-B, on April 15th, so we could (help) them to “GIVE-BACK” to Society, each year!

    I’d vote for that!!! 🙂

    Not only do many people not pay any federal income tax, millions also get a federal tax refund for the taxes they did not pay. It is called an “earned income tax credit” and it is in large part why giving illegals amnesty, “so they will pay taxes” could equal a net decrease in federal tax revenue as so many of them have anchor babies and low wage jobs. This is rarely mentioned, however.
