President Barack Obama‘s release of his long-form birth certificate last week has done little to quell the challenges, as birthplace skeptics showed when they argued today before the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals in Pasadena.

But the three-judge panel produced a steady stream of questions over why it should even consider the issue.

Laguna Niguel lawyer Orly Taitz told the panel about alleged birth certificate forgery, Obama’s alleged false Social Security number, and the allegedly corrupt judge that dismissed her case now under appeal.

“It was an outrage,” said Taitz, claiming that this lower court judge had a clerk who worked for the same firm as an Obama attorney. “I came from the Soviet Union. I would expect this in the Soviet Union, but not here.”

The appeals court judges did not ask a single question about any of those issues.

The judges did, however, extensively pepper fellow citizenship  attorney Gary Kreep over whether Congress is the jurisdiction with authority over the matter and whether Kreep’s clients suffered any real injury that qualifies them to bring the suit.

Kreep is representing Buena Park Southern Baptist minister Wiley Drake, who ran for vice president on the American Independent Party ticket in 2008, and Markham Robinson, American Independent Party chairman.

Taitz is representing 2008 American Independent Party presidential nominee Alan Keyes and more than two dozen members and former members of the armed services.

U.S. District Court Judge David O. Carter dismissed Drake’s and Taitz’s case in October 2009, saying that only Congress was constitutionally empowered to remove the president from office

   I put straight lines over the curve in the paper. See how the thatch background does not curve along with the paper as you would expect it to. This is a forgery done in Photoshop and then processed with an OCR to help cover up the bad forgery and sidetrack us with the Illustrator layers.

   The OC paper suffers from functional illiteracy.
   No where on the form does it say “Birth Certificate”.

   This is a self created long form COLB pretending to be a birth certificate.

   Orly:…please read the email I sent this morning. Something needs to be done, as I discussed this in the email. Also, why didn’t the 10 minutes stop with the judges? Why did they allow him to continue to speak?
   Didn’t they know that the time was supposed to be divided? And this has to be a very clear sign, IMO, that Kreep is A “MOLE!” A “PLANT!” To keep you FROM SUCCEEDING!!! I smelled this!!!
