Disciplinry Board v Berg 02.10.2012 Transcript p 1-236
Berg filed report Disciplinary board
I had a bad experience, when a court reporter in PA, Dona Ander, removed 14 pages of transcript. Luckily, federal courts have mandatory audio recording. Under pressure of being exposed and prosecuted, she forwarded a correct transcript.
Now during Berg’s hearing audio and video recording was forbidden. The investigator took noted. In his notes he posted that the board demanded from Berg his computer disc, and Berg refused to provide it. also, he wrote that Berg apologised for filing frivolous complaints and suits. It is my understanding that Berg filed complaints and suits against the Disciplinary board itself and possibly his client. I was waiting to see the official transcript and decision of the board. The decision did not come in yet, however I can’t find these 2 points on the transcript. I might missed them d cursory review. Can someone read the original report by investigator Goldner and the official transcript and let me know if you can find specific parts missing from the transcript.
I am always concerned with judges forbidding audio and video recording. as reporters sometimes change theeir reports, there is a concern that things might be predetermined and fixed.
Coincidently, the judge in my case in Indiana, S.K. Reid, refused to allow any audio and video recording as well. Her statements and rulings were higly questionable.

I recall Goldner mentioning in his report hard disc being requested. I did not find it in the transcript. Was it removed?
